Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement data-driven digital marketing strategies: This includes understanding our target audience, setting SMART goals, and identifying the most effective channels to reach them. Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.

Content Marketing
  • Create high-quality content (blog posts, case studies, etc.) that is relevant to our target audience and aligns with our software offerings.
  • Manage content calendar and distribution across various channels.
Social Media Marketing
  • Develop and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms like Youtube, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.
  • Monitor and analyze social media activity using relevant metrics and social media management tools.
  • Build and nurture relationships with followers and influencers.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
  • Conduct keyword research and implement on-page SEO best practices using SEO tools to improve website ranking and organic traffic.
  • Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and best practices.
Pay-Per-Click (PPC) Advertising (Optional)
  • Manage and optimize PPC campaigns (e.g., Google Ads) to drive qualified leads.
  • Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.
Email Marketing
  • Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns using email marketing automation tools to nurture leads and drive conversions.
  • Utilize A/B testing and marketing automation tools to optimize email performance.
Marketing Analytics & Reporting
  • Utilize web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Google trends, etc.,) to track campaign performance and measure ROI.
  • Generate regular reports and presentations to communicate key marketing insights to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends and technologies in the software industry.
  • Collaborate with other departments (e.g., sales, product development) to ensure alignment and effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of all aspects of inbound marketing (content marketing, social media marketing, SEO, email marketing, etc.).
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that deliver measurable results.
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, SEO tools, and email marketing automation tools.
  • Strong writing and communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content for a variety of audiences.
  • Experience with B2B and B2C social media, Google Adwords and email campaigns and SEO
  • In-depth knowledge of the software industry and its marketing landscape is highly desirable.
